Built in Unreal Engine 5, the model brings together more than 100 buildings and over 11,000 residential units into a single, fully navigable environment. The digital twin was first presented publicly at MIPIM 2026 in Cannes.

Users can move freely across districts, walk through streets and public spaces, and enter individual buildings and apartments to explore layouts, views, and spatial relationships in real time — effectively experiencing the completed resort as a future resident would, years ahead of delivery.

The scale of the digital twin reflects the scale of Sea Breeze itself. The development currently has 7 kilometers of waterfront promenade, planned to expand to 22 kilometers, while 300 hectares are dedicated to green spaces featuring 11 million trees and plants. In 2025 alone, 5,300 residential units were sold across the development.
